Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of AI in ZONER a.s. Services

To enhance user comfort when using our services, we have integrated the option to use generative artificial intelligence (AI) for free in several selected services. We combine third-party services and our own solutions.

• The generation of all texts uses the OpenAI API services. The generation of all images and their graphic edits uses our AI cluster and several third-party generative models.
• All prompts, that is, inputs for the AI, are sent in an encrypted and anonymous manner. User prompts are not recorded, evaluated, or stored.
• The use of AI is private, and only the authorized user will receive a response to their request. We do not share queries or their results with anyone.
• Besides user prompts, we do not provide AI with any user data, and AI does not learn from prompts.
• User inputs and metadata about interactions may be stored in an anonymous form by the operator of the OpenAI API. Communication is encrypted, and data is handled in accordance with OpenAI’s terms.

By submitting a prompt, the user agrees to these Policies and acknowledges that the prompt will be evaluated by a third-party AI model, to which it is sent under the aforementioned conditions.

The use of the tool is left to the discretion of the customer, and we trust that it will not be abused, intentionally overused, or otherwise used inappropriately or for the purpose of causing damage to ZONER a.s. In such cases, we reserve the right to restrict the customer’s use of AI.
